Pen Type-A and Type-B comes in 5 parts. The sleeve, the pen cylinder, the tip (to hold the ink cartridge), the ink cartridge, and the screw. This is the replacement part for the tip.

Item is totally rad! Life have not been the same without this! If I could choose 10 things from the website, I would choose this pen-tip 10/10 times. Came well packed, looks AWESOME, fits like a glove! Machined to perfection! Existential questions pop into my head as my puny human brain can't fathom which machinery is able to make this delicate item. First, I was like: "do I need it?", then I was like "I can probably make it myself", and "It's too expensive", but after a long process, trying to design and 3d-print a substitute, and finally realizing the affectionate value of my pen, I decided to order the pen tip from the United States of America, all the way to Scandinavia. And thus only inspecting the pen tip, it has now become my favourite thing on the whole type-B pen. (The worst part is that this whole review is not sarcasm, thanks CW&T!)
